Please join us for this NAEP-hosted webinar "NEPA Best Practices" being shown in-person in Seattle and Portland locations on Wednesday, June 27 at Noon.

In light of the requirements of Executive Order 13807, Establishing Discipline and Accountability in the Environmental Review and Permitting Process for Infrastructure Projects, the National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP) solicited input from environmental professional to develop a White Paper on Best Practices for Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).  The White Paper addresses eight topics: Programmatic NEPA, NEPA Pre-screening, NEPA Scoping, Categorical Exclusions, Integration of NEPA Review with Other Agency Authorizations, Organizing and Dedicating Agency Staff, Ensuring Application is Complete, and Creating a Detailed Project Management Plan.  This webinar will provide an overview of some of the key topics covered in the White Paper.  To showcase best practices, panelist will also share a recent successful case study from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers: National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency West Relocation Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Programmatic Agreement (PA).  Please join us for this valuable topic!
